We have a permanent staff of around 20 people, including teachers and administrative staff. The teachers are all qualified and very experienced, and many of our staff speak other languages.
The Accommodation and Welfare Officer is on hand to deal with any host family or personal problems, the
Director of Studies is always available to discuss academic issues, and we also have an
Exams Officer who can give advice about further study in the UK. All other members of staff are equally happy to help students, whatever their questions or concerns may be.

For speakers of several languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese and Japanese, we try to arrange for long-stay students to have English "buddies" from our local high school. The English students may be studying the student's language, or may just be interested in meeting people from different countries. It's a great way to practise speaking English and make friends.
