1. Complete the booking form and send it to us with your deposit of £100.00
2. We will send your booking confirmation, information pack and invoice.
3. Total course fee must be paid at least 30 days before your course begins.
4. Late booking: Please send the total course fees and proof of payment if you are booking less than 30 days before the course begins.

1. This must be made in writing to Concorde International.
2. Fees will be retained according to when notice is received.
   Number of days before commencement of course:
   30 days or more - £100 deposit retained
   29-8 days - course fees for one week retained
   7 days or less - total fees retained
3. Once a course has been booked and confirmed, any course changes can only be made with the agreement of the Course Director. Course Fees are not refundable.

Insurance will automatically be added to your invoice unless you have made alternative arrangements. Please mark the application form accordingly. Our premiums are £15 per medical cover only and £30 for full cover for 16 to 55 year olds. This covers a stay of up to 4 weeks. There are reduced rates for longer stay students.

Concorde International, our staff and agents cannot accept liability for loss of private property or money, or for personal injury.

1. Available all year round. Individual transfers
   
   Local Airport Manston £28, Gatwick £70, Heathrow £79, Stansted £84 each way. Train and coach information on request. A transfer service is also available from the seaports of Dover and Folkestone and for Ashford International railway station.
    
2. During July and August
   
   Coaches and couriers are available on Sundays between 9.00 and 18.00 to transfer you between Gatwick /Heathrow airport and our centres. Waiting time can vary between the shuttle buses. Concorde couriers are available at  both airports to provide assistance.
   The cost of a one-way shuttle transfer is £40.

1. The school is open for Public Holidays except Good Friday, Christmas - New Year period.
   
   In the unlikely event that your course is cancelled or curtailed by the school, Concorde International will offer a reasonable alternative course, or a full refund of fees for the hours of tuition not taken.
