Prior Park College in Bath

Bath - a vibrant University City dating back to the Romans

You won't be disappointed in Bath with its elegant Regency architecture, its splendid Abbey, the Roman Baths and hot springs, the Pump Room and the magnificent Royal Crescent.

Nowadays it is a popular place for young people who come to study and for the people who come to enjoy the different festivals and events which are held each year: the Festival of Music, the Boules Tournament, the Hot Air Balloon Race and the boat tours, as well as the regular sporting events.

The School
Built in the neo-classical style, this imposing school stands in some of Bath's finest parkland overlooking the city.

The classrooms are well equipped and spacious, and there are large comfortable student lounges with TV and video.

New for 2002: Computer skills, Desk-top publishing and Web Design

For more information on the school, visit the Web site: www.priorpark.co.uk

Accommodation
The boarding accommodation has been refurbished in the last 4 years and is very pleasant.

The girls' house is mainly composed of twin-bedded rooms, with some larger ones of up to 6 beds for groups of friends.

The boys are accommodated in separate houses a short distance from the school. They are accompanied in the mornings and evenings by school staff.

Host family accommodation is also available in Bath. If you choose this option, you will have lunch in college and eat your evening meal with your English family.
