Enrolment terms and conditions

  • complete the LTC Enrolment Form
  • send us your own Enrolment Form
  • send us the booking details by fax
  • send us the booking details by email

You must pay a £200 deposit when you book and complete an application form.

When we receive the completed Enrolment Form and deposit, we will send you ...

  • confirmation of the booking
  • a Letter of Acceptance for the student
  • an invoice for the balance of the fees
  • the accommodation address

Please pay the total 3 weeks before the start of the course. How to pay:

  1. By cheque in UK sterling drawn on a British bank or a London branch of an overseas bank. The cheque must be payable to AMVIC UK Ltd.
  2. By bank transfer. Please inform your bank that bank charges must be paid for. To:

Cancellations and Refunds

If a students cancels more than 14 days before the start of the course, the enrolment fee is retained by LTC. Less than 14 days before the start of the course, the deposit is retained. There can be no refund if a student arrives after the first day of the course, is absent during the course or leaves before the end of course. However, if a course is cancelled by LTC, we will give a complete refund.

Holidays
There are no lessons on public holidays.
